1. Deadline for Exchange or Return
You can request an exchange or return of your item within 7 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

2. Conditions of the Part
The piece must be:
• No use, no washing and no odors
• With all labels and tags attached
• Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

3. How to Apply

• Order number
• Reason for exchange or return
• Photo of the part (if necessary)

4. Exchange Options
You can choose:
• Exchange for another size or model (subject to availability)
• Request a refund (if the return is within the legal deadline)

5. Shipping Costs
• The first exchange is on us!
• In cases of return due to regret, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
